Client's W2 requirement for Site Reliability Engineers posed challenges
The firm required W2 consultants that were eligible for and interested in conversion to full-time employment – a challenging requirement given that approximately 80% of the SRE labor market is filled by independent contractors and other non-W2 workers.
The consultants were tasked with managing a rapidly growing payment processing service safely and securely within the Commercial, Corporate, and Investment Banking Technology division.
