This required a strategic shift away from reliance on large integrators, which often provided full solution designs that were not customized to the client's specific needs.  
  • Avoiding Over-Reliance on Big Integrators: The client had traditionally relied on large integrators, which provided comprehensive but often rigid solutions. These solutions did not offer the flexibility needed to address the client’s unique requirements and foster innovation and customization to meet their needs.

  • Relationship Building: Our strategy included monthly on-site visits and regular interactions with the client’s teams. These efforts fostered strong relationships, resulting in high customer satisfaction and numerous internal referrals. 
  • Enhanced BU Engagement: By working closely with the client’s supplier diversity team, we helped business units understand the benefits of working with diverse suppliers. This collaboration increased engagement and buy-in across the organization.
